Artist (Painter), had his first exhibition in Finland in 1990.
Later when to Tahiti and realized that a pictorial adventure
is possible outside Europe and its culture. He discovers a new
public with a new sensitivity and raw emotions. His fascination
for Fautrier leads him on a journey between free figurative
representation and abstract expressionism. His latest exhibition
“A Fauve season in the Marquesas Island” reveals
a new unexpected Hyvert who handles color jubilantly, impertinently
and with humor, thus breaking the new codes and conventions
of the art of painting the Tropics and the South Sea Islands.
